In this day of erratic behavior and threats of violence, it is understandable that individuals are exercising extra caution. In the video and the reports of the tazered student, John Kerry acted in a professional and patient attitude toward the student, who in my opinion, was trying to be a "smarty". It also appeared as if Kerry was about to address the student's questions.
I feel the interference of the police was extreme in that they used severe force by tazering the student. It's one method to subdue an individual if he/she is trying to incite a disturbance, and another matter to subdue a person because he/she is asking questions that someone may believe should not be responded to. I also noticed, in the report of the tazered student, the police had tazered the student several times, even on his chest! Unnecessary! I believe.
